The Emergency Department at St. Catherine Hospital has eight beds with a possible run over for eight more beds, we treat all ED patients. We also do outpatient care in the afternoons as needed. Here, we see traumas, chest pain, strokes, sepsis and all other medical patients. Our mission is to treat others how you would like to be treated. This is a desirable department since we have a set schedule, are rural and tend to get some very interesting cases. We have a behavioral health inpatient unit and take care of a lot of behavioral health patients.
