The coordinator will be responsible for mixing chemotherapy daily for all treatment patients and will also assist in drug prior authorizations with insurance companies. The coordinator will demonstrate technical skill level in utilizing a variety of pharmaceutical competencies including, but not limited to, calculations, aseptic technique and cytotoxic drug precautions in compliance with hospital regulations.

Day to Day duties: - Scrub on all cases. Primarily, Gen, Ortho (Totals/Trauma) Neuro, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Robotics cases (DaVinci XI and MAKO). - Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized service Teams. - Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. - Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day’s cases. - Maintaining Sterile field during procedures. - Handing instruments to surgeons, anticipating surgeon’s needs. - Maintaining and updating preference cards. 6 OR Suites Approx. 200-250+ cases per month   Schedule: PRN- Variable shifts per surgical Volume adn current unit needs.    PRN Policy requires candidates be available for a min of 5 shifts in a seix week schedule block      15% PRN differential added to base pay!
