Assists in preparing and moving patients and sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment and rooms.   Day to Day duties: Acting as an advocate for patient before, during and after surgery. Scrub on all cases Primarily, Gen, Gyn, Robotics (DaVinci XI/SI), Oral Surgery, Dental, Ortho, Ortho (totals/ trauma/ Sports Medicine). ENT, Urology, Podiatry, Spine, Plastics and Cancer Care. Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized service Teams.  May float to give breaks, provide support, and relieve for shifts. Assisting with room turnover and restocking and picking instruments for next day’s cases.
