At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills – but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.   As a Sterile Equipment Tech Lead at Centura Health you will: - Perform routine tasks relating to the decontamination, processing, sterilization and distribution of instruments, equipment and sterile supplies. - Be responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization, maintaining records in compliance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards. - Maintain certification, monitors and instructs certified and non-certified personnel. - Communicate with departments and staff throughout the day to maintain a smooth work-flow. - Assure daily task assignments are completed. May be requested to assume responsibility in the absence of the Supervisor and/or Manager.  - Be involve with training in competency of tasks performed by the staff and participates in hospital wide educational projects.
