Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.     Enterprise Pool 1: - Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials - 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home - At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area - 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area   Enterprise Pool 2: - Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials - Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone. - Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area - PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area   Enterprise Pool 3: - Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $9.00/Hr.
