Assists in preparing and moving patients and sterilizing and cleaning instruments, equipment and rooms.   Day to Day duties: - Scrub on all cases. - Primarily, GEN, GYN, Urology, Ortho (Totals/ Sports Medicine), Spine, Neuro, Plastics, Robotics (DaVinci XI) and Trauma. - Penrose specializes in Heart, Vascular surgeries with dedicated service teams for hearts and Vascular only. - Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. - Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day’s cases. - Maintain Sterile field during procedures. - Handing instruments to surgeons, anticipating surgeon’s needs. - Maintaining and updating preference cards. 16 OR Suites Approx. 250-350+ cases per month   Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts- Saturday and Sunday + additional weekday shift- Day shifts    Additional $10/hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
