Nurses float between the two areas, from shift to shift, giving them the opportunity to experience a wide variety of patient populations and disease processes while working with a supportive and collaborative interdisciplinary team (knee/hip replacement, back surgeries, colectomy, gallbladder, hysterectomy, mastectomy, amputations, appendectomy, COPD, acute/chronic renal disease, GI bleed, cancer with chemotherapy, cellulitis, RSV, bowel obstructions, diabetes, etc.). Some charge shifts required No Call Required    Additional $10/hr weekend option differential applies for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
