Spine, Ortho Spine w/navigation, Podiatry, Plastics, Endo, Cysto, Urology, GI, Robotics (DaVinci XI/ROSA), Gen, ENT, Hands GYN, Urology, Bariatrics. - Associates are cross trained for all services, no specialized service Teams. - Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. - Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day’s cases. - Acting as an advocate for patient before, during and after surgery. 8 OR Suites +1 Cysto Room+1minor procedure room Approx. 400-450+ cases per month   Schedule- 20hrs/Week-Days- Variable shift times/days per surgical Volume and current unit needs.

Acts as a community liaison with external review agencies, home care providers, durable medical equipment providers, medical staff and other community resources used for discharge planning. Has oversight of Key Performance Indicators for Case Management and provides feedback and direction to Case Management team. Targets are met so that case management remains quality focused.

Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing).
