This position will also lead innovation, process improvement excellence, and change by delivering Lean/Six Sigma Methodology, Change Management Tools, and Rapid Decision-Making Process. The Regional Practice Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for providing regular updates and progress reports to the region leadership team, as well as identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise during the implementation of initiatives.
