Manage and maintain the EAP provider network system which includes counselors, Critical Incident Response Specialists, Trainers, SAP’s and, Fitness for Duty Providers. Coordinator assures timely & open communication between EAP, Provider Network, and EAP Clients by providing clients with referrals to credentialed and licensed providers. Documents and solves all provider network issues that are non-clinically related. Manages and maintains the network system inclusive of tracking files, approved cases, provider listing and credentialing to assure accuracy, quality, and effectiveness. Performs regular monthly audits of electronic medical records/database making sure information is correctly entered and utilization reports are accurate. Responsible for collecting outcome data both pre and post for both clinical and non-clinical EAP services.

As a Pre-Registrar Scheduler you will be responsible for receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. In this role you will complete pre-registration of scheduled patients, and ensure a valid provider order is obtained.

Job Summary
The Regional Practice Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the
operations of medical practices within the region and supporting the regional executive leadership team.
This role plays a crucial part in coordinating and supporting the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective
healthcare services to the communities served by our integrated delivery system. The Regional Practice
Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Enterprise Regional Director of Operations and
collaborate with other regional leadership teams to achieve the medical group's goals, strategies, and
outcomes.
The Regional Practice Operations Coordinator will work with other stakeholders to help improve system
efficiencies, drive operational excellence, onboard clinics and improve patient outcomes. The Regional
Practice Operations Coordinator will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that all initiatives are
aligned with the strategic goals of the organization and are executed in a timely and effective manner.
The Regional Practice Operations Coordinator will provide expertise and act as a resource to teams
leading, managing, and overseeing clinical and business process improvement opportunities across the
region. This position will also lead innovation, process improvement excellence, and change by delivering
Lean/Six Sigma Methodology, Change Management Tools, and Rapid Decision-Making Process. The
Regional Practice Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for providing regular updates and
progress reports to the region leadership team, as well as identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
that may arise during the implementation of initiatives. This includes working with other departments and
teams to ensure that all necessary resources are available and that all stakeholders are engaged and
informed throughout the process and working together to develop and implement solutions that will drive
positive change.
This position will be a project manager for projects across Southern Colorado (Monument, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City) and Kansas this will require great time management skills to prioritize projects across the region. In person travel to these locations will also be required as needed to facilitate project plans.

As a Sterile Equipment Tech Lead you will:
- Perform routine tasks relating to the decontamination, processing, sterilization and distribution of instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.
- Be responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization, maintaining records in compliance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards.
- Maintain certification, monitors and instructs certified and non-certified personnel.
- Communicate with departments and staff throughout the day to maintain a smooth work-flow.
- Assure daily task assignments are completed. May be requested to assume responsibility in the absence of the Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Be involve with training in competency of tasks performed by the staff and participates in hospital wide educational projects.

As a Sterile Processing Tech Certified you will:
- Promote improved quality and improved patient safety in the OR by ensuring the efficient flow of the Sterile Processing department.
- Perform routine tasks relating to the decontamination, processing, sterilization, and distribution of instruments, equipment and sterile supplies. Responsible for general operating and monitoring of sterilization equipment.
- Maintain records in compliance with AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission and OSHA standards. Maintains Certification, and monitors, instructs and mentors non-certified.
- Facilitate awareness and understanding around what is at stake with patients in the OR.
- Facilitate the department's preparation of staff to pass survey/regulatory assessments.
Hours: Primarily 3:00pm - 11:30pm
This is a PRN position (5 shifts scheduled in a 6-week period). This position is used to cover call-offs, vacations, and where coverage may be needed. PRN is not eligible for benefits but does offer a 15% differential on top of the base rate of pay.
