Assists with the implementation of Centura’s mission, vision, philosophy, and values especially as they relate to music therapy operations and services. Provides music therapy to maximize the physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of patients with the aim of enhancing patients’ overall quality of life.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 

5 years clinical experience with hospital-based experience, preferred. Additional experience in guided imagery, pain
management, grant writing and research, preferred.

Masters Degree in Music Therapy, preferred; additional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in other health-related field, preferred.

Bachelors Degree in Music Therapy, preferred.

HS GED

Certification from Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT), preferred.

CPR/BLS, required

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally

This role is only going to cover 12 hours per week (flexible schedule).  There are no weekends or holidays.

$22.18 - $33.48 / hour
