This position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. The Neuro/Joint/Spine department at Parker Adventist Hospital is a 24-bed unit specializing in elective neuro, orthopedic, spine surgeries and trauma patients. Our neuro population ranges from tumor removals, subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhages, traumatic brain injuries and elective spine surgeries ranging from microdiscectomies to spinal fusions. The elective orthopedic population largely consists of total joint replacements; however, we also specialize in trauma. Our trauma patient population primarily consists of bone and brain trauma. We have many resources on our unit including an orthopedic program manager, spine program manager, and an orthopedic/trauma Nurse Practitioner.
$30.25 - $50.81 / hour
