Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides high
quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of care.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  

.One year of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient
setting
Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
EAP knowledge and experience, preferred for EAP program positions

Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field

For St. Anthony North Hospital and St. Anthony Hospital only: Current Basic Life Support from the American
Heart Association

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

This role will cover shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (6PM-9PM. The other hours are variable and have to happen during business hours).

Must have CAC Certification.
