Reimbursement Analyst to the hospitals. Multiple hospitals are assigned to this position and there is a knowledge expectation of most government reimbursement programs. Be able to complete all aspects of Medicare, Medicaid and Tricare cost report filings, including cost report audits, re-openings and appeals. Third party reimbursement accounting knowledge including ability to calculate hospital cost report estimates, knowledge of balance sheet accounts and calculate proper payment rates.
