This position assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient. You will promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

SCHEDULE: DAY AND NIGHTS, 12 HOUR SHIFTS 6-6, 5 shifts in 6 week period. 2 weekend days in 6 week period, 1 winter and 1 summer holiday.

St. Elizabeth, located in Fort Morgan, Colorado, is a Level III Trauma Center and an American College of Cardiology Accredited Chest Pain Center serving northeastern Colorado. Providing care through out the region, St. Elizabeth Hospital provides cardiology, maternal, emergency, surgical, pediatrics, and acute care inpatient services in addition to the multitude of subspecialists in our specialty clinic. At 50 beds, St. Elizabeth is the region’s referral center serving a wide span of northeastern Colorado. While recently becoming apart of Centura, St. Elizabeth has been in the community since 1952 and has been living out its mission since day one. St. Elizabeth resides in Morgan County which is one of the most diverse counties in Colorado speaking more than 28 languages.
