As a Supply Chain employee within the Enterprise Pool you will be responsible for the overall management of inventory in assigned Nursing and/or Ancillary unit(s) as it relates to supply replenishment, maximizing quality, minimizing costs and supporting department goals within system supply chain objectives. Serves as liaison to Nursing to provide working knowledge of product lines associated with the Nursing and/or Ancillary unit(s) assigned. Supports Supply Chain Management to ensure existing inventory and associated expenses are within par level targets. To ensure consumable supplies are accurately controlled to reduce obsolescence, outdates and waste within the assigned unit(s).

What is Enterprise Pool?

We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Regional Enterprise Pool 

• Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
• Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

• Required Experience:
  • Lawson ERP experience preferred
  • Microsoft Windows, excel, and word at a beginner level is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, required

• Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
    • Completion of an approved Surgical Technician program, required.

• Required Licensure/Certifications:
  • CMRP preferred
  • Drivers License-For Corporate Supply Chain Tech roles, valid driver’s license is required

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
